Tragedy as PHCN staff was electrocuted in Isolo while trying to rectify a faulty transformer (graphic photos)

There were moments of anxiety in Isolo area of Lagos today, February 10, following the death of a PHCN staff.

The staff whose name could not be ascertain as of the time of filing this report, was electrocuted at Kogberegbe street.

He died while trying to fix a light issue within the area.

In the same vein, one Karim Teslim, a radio repairer, has been electrocuted at one of the substations of the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company in Osogbo, Osun state capital. He died while trying to rectify a faulty transformer.
